Responsible for managing full cycle physician and advanced practice provider recruitment and placement activities within their division or line of business. The role involves building partnerships with hospital and operations teams, developing recruitment plans, and ensuring compliance with standards. This position specifically recruits for Urgent Care.
Key responsibilities include establishing relationships with facility CEOs and Physician Services, developing recruitment strategies, screening and interviewing candidates, negotiating contracts, maintaining accurate records, coordinating site visits, and building relationships with educational institutions and professional organizations. The role also involves data analysis, legal compliance, training, and strategic planning to meet staffing needs effectively.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with 3+ years of related experience or training. The candidate should be skilled in physician employment practices, practice and urgent care operations, and familiar with tools like Salesforce/Optimum for recruitment management.
