Job description

Role & Responsibilities

Orcapod is hiring Female IT Recruiters with experience in PERMANENT HIRING or C2H (Contract to Hire) Hiring.

This is a work-from-home position with immediate joining required.

Candidate requirements:

• Good knowledge of IT recruitment, sourcing, and end-to-end hiring processes.
• Experience in C2H or Permanent hiring, with at least 2 years in C2H.
• Experience in niche IT skills, including SAP Modules, Oracle, Cloud technologies, ERP, Full Stack Development, Java, C++, Dot Net, DevOps, etc.
• Experience between 4 to 8 years, preferably in a consultancy background.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to handle screening, job posting, mass mailing, and sourcing.
• Must have a laptop and Wi-Fi connection.
• Ability to achieve high closure rates in C2H and permanent hiring.

Work Details:

• Office hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturdays off).
• Salary includes incentives and mobile reimbursement; actual package depends on experience and interview performance.
