Job summary

Ascension is seeking a full-time Provider Recruitment professional in Indianapolis, with partial remote flexibility (on-site up to 2 times per week). The role focuses on end-to-end physician sourcing, collaborating with hospital executives and GME leaders to align staffing priorities, and delivering a high-touch candidate experience across specialties and markets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's or Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience.
• 2+ years of experience in provider or physician recruitment within a large healthcare system.
• Experience working in Oracle or similar environments.
• Thrives in a fast paced and changing work environment and contributes to team culture.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Physician Sourcing: Lead full-cycle sourcing, pre-screening, and candidate presentation for Physicians and APPs in line with national standards.
• Executive & GME Partnership: Collaborate with hospital executives and GME leaders to align staffing priorities.
• White-Glove Candidate Experience: Serve as the primary contact for providers, managing interview hand-offs and site visits.
• Targeted Sourcing Campaigns: Partner with marketing to launch campaigns focused on key specialties and markets.
• Data-Driven Performance: Maintain ATS data to meet time-to-hire KPIs.
