Job summary

Evolve HR Group in Indianapolis is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Providers to lead full lifecycle recruitment of primary care physicians and providers, and coordinate employment agreements and onboarding. You will partner with CHRO, executives, and clinical leaders, build provider pipelines, manage candidate experiences, and support retention initiatives while ensuring compliance.

The role requires five years healthcare recruiting, a Bachelor's degree, and strong relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, healthcare administration, or related field.
• At least five years of healthcare recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting physicians and providers is strongly preferred.
• Familiar with FQHCs or healthcare systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life-cycle recruitment for primary care physicians and providers.
• Develop recruitment strategies with executive and clinical leaders.
• Build provider talent pipelines with schools and professional networks.
• Coordinate interviews, site visits, and stakeholder meetings.
• Negotiate offers, contracts, relocation packages, and incentives.
• Oversee onboarding, credentialing, privileging, licensure, and orientation.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and ATS data.
• Promote positive candidate experiences and retention efforts.
