What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Advise physician candidates and clients in the academics sector
2. Source and screen physicians through effective communication via phone and email
3. Present opportunity features, quote salary, and prepare candidates for interviews

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience
2. Sales experience including inside sales, outside sales, B2B sales, or cold calling
3. Ability to travel up to 25%
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Strong work ethic and a positive attitude aligned with core values of commitment, integrity, trust, and continuous improvement

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
