A leading healthcare provider in North Carolina is seeking a Pulmonary Critical Care Physician. Overview: The Pulmonary Critical Care Physician (inpatient, outpatient, hybrid, full-time, part-time, and/or relief) is responsible for providing exceptional care to Cone Health patients and completing all clinical duties.
Responsibilities: Providing inpatient and/or outpatient pulmonary critical care. Coordinating multidisciplinary team efforts. Educating residents and students. Participating in or supporting medical research. Using independent judgment for diagnosis, treatment planning, and team leadership to achieve patient care goals.
Qualifications: Board certification(s) with the American Board of Internal Medicine in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine (board-eligible candidates are acceptable if currently a fellow or within five years of training), obtaining an unrestricted North Carolina medical license, unrestricted DEA license for North Carolina, and medical staff privileges at Cone Health.
