Outpatient Psychiatrist Needed - Elliot Hospital - Manchester NH

Elliot Health System (EHS) in Manchester, NH, is seeking an adult psychiatrist to join our Behavioral Health team. The outpatient office includes 3 psychiatrists, 4 PMH-APRNs, 5 therapists, and 1 behavioral health case manager, with plans for growth. No hospital coverage required. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm, with options for telehealth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Patient Care: Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care, including pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic interventions, ensuring patient rights and HIPAA compliance.
2. Documentation: Maintain timely and accurate records of patient interactions and treatments.
3. Quality Improvement: Participate in activities to meet accreditation standards and organizational policies.
4. Office Operations: Collaborate with staff to ensure efficient practice management and participate in meetings and communications.
5. Patient Experience: Communicate effectively with patients and families, ensuring engagement and understanding.
6. Credentialing: Submit necessary credentialing information promptly.
7. Policies and Procedures: Adhere to all institutional policies, including infection control, safety, and confidentiality.
8. On-Call Responsibilities: Participate in call coverage as required, responding to ED pages within 15 minutes.
