Job summary

AdventHealth Primary Care+ is seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Physicians for a full-time, outpatient role within our team-based primary care model. AdventHealth Primary Care+ is seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Physicians for a full-time, outpatient role within our team-based primary care model. In this role, you will work closely with Advanced Practice Providers and Care Teams to deliver comprehensive primary care in a modern, well-supported clinic focused on preventive care, chronic disease management, and long-term patient relationships.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working in a team-based model supervising Advanced Practice Providers
• Strong clinical, communication, and patient-engagement skills
• BLS Required
