Job summary

AdventHealth Primary Care+ is seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Physicians for a full-time outpatient role within our team-based primary care model. This opportunity emphasizes whole-family care, continuity with patients, and a collaborative practice that supports high-quality care and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine.
• Commitment to whole-person, family-centered primary care.
• Experience supervising Advanced Practice Providers.
• Strong clinical, communication, and patient-engagement skills.
• BLS Required.
