Job summary

AdventHealth Primary Care+ is seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Physicians for a full-time, outpatient role within our team-based primary care model. This opportunity emphasizes whole-family care, continuity with patients, and a collaborative practice that supports work–life balance.

You will collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers and care teams to deliver preventive care and chronic disease management in a modern clinic, with a focus on long-term patient relationships and ongoing

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine.
• Strong commitment to whole-person, family-centered care.
• Comfortable supervising Advanced Practice Providers in a team-based model.
• Excellent clinical, communication, and patient-engagement skills.
• BLS Required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient primary care focused on preventive care and chronic disease management.
• Partner with APPs and care teams to deliver comprehensive, longitudinal care.
• Establish long-term relationships with patients and families in a collaborative practice environment.
