Job summary

Conviva Primary Care, a Humana subsidiary, is seeking a primary care physician to provide outpatient care at the Miami clinic. Workweek is Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm with a focus on whole-person care in a team-based setting.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care with bilingual Spanish/English communication, a favorable patient-to-doctor ratio, and opportunities for CME and professional growth.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required and board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
• Florida license or ability to obtain license is required.
• Current DEA license or ability to obtain one is required.
• Two years or more experience in primary care, geriatric care, or managing chronic conditions.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Diagnose and manage moderately to complex medical conditions.
• Work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.

Required Qualifications

• Prefer Internal Medicine specialty
• Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine
• This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana/Senior Bridge's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
• Must be willing to participate in limited on-call coverage by phone

Pay Range

$274,000 - $320,500 per year

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
