Ascension Health in Wauwatosa, WI, is seeking a full-time leader to oversee daily practice operations at the 117th Street Clinic. You will coordinate patient flow, implement site policies, and collaborate with physician leadership on growth plans.

The role emphasizes staff management, budgeting, and regulatory oversight within a specialty department, with day shifts and no weekend requirements.

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
• OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees daily practice operations, site policies, patient flow, and care coordination among providers, staff, and patients.
• Acts as a key liaison across clinical and administrative areas while developing business plans and growth strategies alongside physician leadership.
• Handles full-lifecycle staffing, including recruitment, scheduling, payroll, performance management, conflict resolution, and coverage for provider schedules.
• Manages budgets, billing and collection functions, vendor contracts, regulatory compliance, and physician compensation systems.

How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Prior clinical leadership experience
