Job summary

Ascension's All Saints Medical Clinic in Racine, WI seeks a talented leader to oversee the Physician Support department. This full-time role guides practice operations, staffing, and patient flow to deliver high-quality care.

You'll partner with physicians and executive leadership to expand services, manage budgets, and strengthen interdepartmental collaboration while fostering an inclusive, high-performing workplace. This position requires clinical operations experience and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Growth & Partnership: Collaborate with practice physicians and leadership to develop long-term plans, expand clinical services, and meet financial goals.
• Team Leadership & Culture: Direct recruitment, scheduling, payroll, and professional development; foster an inclusive high-performing workplace.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day site logistics, optimize patient flow, and resolve daily operational challenges to deliver high-quality care.
• Financial Oversight: Manage site budgets, monitor billing and collections workflows, optimize vendor relationships, and support physician compensation planning.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison connecting site staff, physicians, health system administration, and external partners.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Education:

What additional preferences we're seeking

• Bachelors in Healthcare Admin, Business or related field preferred.

• 3-5 years of healthcare clinic leadership operations.
