Ascension's All Saints Medical Clinic in Racine, WI seeks a talented leader to oversee the Physician Support department. This full-time role guides practice operations, staffing, and patient flow to deliver high-quality care.
You'll partner with physicians and executive leadership to expand services, manage budgets, and strengthen interdepartmental collaboration while fostering an inclusive, high-performing workplace. This position requires clinical operations experience and strong leadership.

Interdepartmental Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison connecting site staff, physicians, health system administration, and external partners.
Education:
Bachelors in Healthcare Admin, Business or related field preferred.
3-5 years of healthcare clinic leadership operations.
