Job summary

Ascension is seeking a Clinic Leader at AMG All Saints Medical Clinic in Racine, WI. This full-time role oversees Family Practice operations, staff scheduling, payroll and professional development in collaboration with physicians and executive leadership.

You will drive strategic growth, ensure high-quality patient care, manage site budgets and billing workflows, and coordinate cross-departmental initiatives to support the health-system goals. Prior clinic leadership experience is required.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of cumulative leadership experience with a High School diploma or 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience with 1 year of leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Admin, Business or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of healthcare clinic leadership operations preferred.

**What minimum requirements you’ll need**

Education:

+ High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.

**What additional preferences we're seeking**

+ Bachelors in Healthcare Admin, Business or related field preferred.

+ 3-5 years of healthcare clinic leadership operations.
