This working manager role requires at least 5 years in a physician office, with leadership experience, strong communication, and a solid grasp of CPT/ICD coding and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in a physician office with supervisory duties.
• College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Understanding of fiscal and human resource management in healthcare.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and MS Office applications.
• Ability to analyze information and make recommendations.
• Strong problem solving, prioritization, and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of CPT/ICD coding, chart audits, HIPAA, and collections.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
