Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years management experience in business, nursing, or healthcare related field
• Current CMA certification or equivalent healthcare education
• Graduate from an accredited medical assisting program or US Military Medic course
• Current American Heart Association's Basic Life Support Certification (BLS)
• Expertise in ambulatory/physician office practice flow, procedures, and patient education

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the physician practice and supervise all employees
• Coordinate patient access, scheduling, pre-authorization, chart management, nursing, procedures
• Ensure compliance with departmental throughput goals and service excellence
• Collaborate with Northside Hospital leadership to maintain quality and safety standards
