Job summary

Northside Hospital is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee the Physician Practice and its staff. You will coordinate patient access, scheduling, pre-authorization, charting, nursing tasks, and in-office procedures to ensure quality care and efficient throughput.

The role requires CMA certification with 3+ years of management in healthcare, BLS, and demonstrated expertise in ambulatory practice flow.

Qualifications

• CMA certification through AAMA with 3+ years of management experience in healthcare or related field.
• Graduate from an accredited medical assisting program with 3+ years of management experience.
• US Military Medic coursework (AMRT/AARTS/CCAFS/ACE) with 3+ years of management experience.
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• Expertise in ambulatory/physician office practice flow and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Physician Practice and supervise all staff.
• Coordinate patient access, scheduling, pre-authorization, chart management, nursing tasks, and in-office procedures.
• Ensure compliance with throughput goals and overall departmental performance.
• Collaborate with Northside Hospital leadership to maintain quality, safety, and service excellence.
