Job summary

PruittHealth Corporation is seeking a Physician Practice Manager to lead operational excellence for its LTC physician and APP group across Georgia. You will ensure clinical coverage, drive productivity, and align with facility operations and value-based care models.

Key responsibilities include workforce management, credentialing, documentation standardization, and collaboration with medical leadership to optimize outcomes and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, nursing, or a related field required.
• Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, nursing, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in provider group operations or equivalent.
• Experience with value-based care environments/models and Medicare Part B billing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of physician and NP teams across Georgia facilities.
• Ensure consistent weekday clinical coverage.
• Manage scheduling and territory alignment, coverage gaps and contingency plans.
• Monitor provider productivity benchmarks and coaching.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and retention strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Georgia regulations and credentialing processes.
• Standardize documentation and support appropriate coding (HCC/RAF).
• Drive quality outcomes and utilization performance across facilities.
• Collaborate with billing, credentialing, and operations to optimize revenue capture.
