Piedmont Healthcare is seeking a seasoned Practice Administrator to lead operational excellence across our Georgia-based clinics. The role partners with the Director of Physician Operations to implement and oversee day-to-day administrative and clinical activities, ensuring efficient, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities include supervising practice staff, optimizing workflow, and maintaining safe operations across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Health Administration or closely related field required.
• In lieu of degree six years of relevant work experience accepted; total of ten years experience allowed in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Supports the overall day-to-day administrative and clinical activities of a practice.
• Works with Director of Physician Operations to implement and oversee operational activities and programs.
• Supervises and evaluates the practice staff for efficiency and effectiveness across locations.
• Ensures an effective operating environment with safe operations addressing patient, physician and staff needs.
