Taylor Regional Hospital is seeking a Physician Practice Administrator to lead our physician practice offices, ensure operational excellence, and support growth in our community. You will oversee staffing, patient scheduling, workflow efficiency, and revenue cycle activities, while collaborating with physicians and hospital leadership to improve access and provider satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and operational oversight to physician practice managers, clinic leaders, and their team members.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives that support organizational growth, service expansion, and operational excellence.
• Direct physician practice operations, including staffing, patient scheduling, workflow efficiency, and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and hospital leadership to improve patient access, care delivery, and provider satisfaction.
• Monitor key performance indicators, including provider productivity, practice volumes, revenue, quality outcomes, and patient satisfaction.
• Oversee operating and capital budgets, financial performance, revenue cycle operations, and cost management.
• Support physician recruitment, onboarding, retention, and professional engagement.
• Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, financial growth, and enhanced operational performance.
• Promote accountability, professional development, teamwork, and a positive work environment throughout physician practices.

Location: Multiple Locations within the Practice Offices at Taylor Regional Hospital

Schedule: Full-time | Days

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• 5-9+ yrs experience required
• 5-9+ yrs management experience required
