Job summary

CompHealth is assisting a pediatric outpatient clinic in Delaware to fill a full-time position with no inpatient duties or newborn rounding. The team includes 3 pediatricians and 3 nurse practitioners; see 20-25 patients per day; schedule Monday–Friday 8 am–5 pm, no weekends.

Salary ranges from $200,000 to $230,000 annually with all-inclusive pay including overtime and holiday pay; 5 weeks of PTO, CME time and stipend; occurrence-based malpractice coverage and full benefits; Epic EMR; salary

Responsibilities

• See 20-25 patients per day in a well-established clinic
• Phone-only call with nurse triage support
• Electronic medical records via Epic
• 5 weeks of PTO plus CME time and stipend provided
• Occurrence-based malpractice coverage and full benefits package included
• 100% outpatient role with no inpatient duties or newborn rounding
