Job summary

CompHealth supports physicians in locating locum opportunities and handles credentialing, housing, travel, and more. The opening is an outpatient clinic position in California with a Monday–Friday schedule, no on-call duties, and a high-volume patient load.

This role requires EKG interpretation and minor laceration suturing, with EPIC as the EMR. Housing and travel arrangements are provided, and compensation is structured to deposit weekly through a supportive recruiting team.

Qualifications

• Experience interpreting EKGs for outpatient care.
• Ability to perform suturing of minor lacerations.
• Familiarity with EPIC or similar EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient clinic only with no inpatient or rounding duties.
• Average of 25 patients per day.
• Shifts are Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm, 9-hour shifts with 8 hours guaranteed daily.
• No call responsibilities.
