Job summary

CompHealth is recruiting for a leadership role in pediatric primary care. The position combines administrative and clinical responsibilities, overseeing a large team of pediatric PCPs and APPs. Epic EMR experience is required, with protections including malpractice tail coverage and generous PTO/CME time.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of pediatric primary care experience and board certification, with relocation assistance available to facilities nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 50/50 admin and clinical role, guiding operations and clinical care.
