Job summary

Accel Research Sites is hiring a Healthcare Physician Outreach - Account Executive to support a network of clinical sites across multiple states. You will build relationships with physicians and healthcare providers, educate them on active clinical trials, and drive patient referrals from referral to enrollment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree AND 2 years experience in clinical research, healthcare outreach, or provider relations required.
• Experience building strong relationships with physicians and HCP partnerships.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with physicians and HCPs in assigned market.
• Educate providers about active trials and patient eligibility criteria.
• Coordinate informational sessions, lunch‑and‑learns, meetings to promote study awareness and maintain relationships.
• Monitor referral activity and collaborate with site staff to triage and follow up.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance in all activities and maintain provider touchpoints.
