Job summary

Alcanza is seeking a Healthcare Physician Outreach - Account Executive to advance provider engagement and patient access across multiple clinical sites. You will build relationships with physicians and healthcare staff, educate on active studies, coordinate outreach events, and monitor referral workflows to support enrollment.

Travel up to 75% is required. The role requires collaboration with recruitment and clinical operations, ensuring HIPAA compliance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in clinical research, healthcare outreach, or provider relations.
• Experience with HCP partnerships and physician engagement in a defined market.
• Familiarity with diverse therapeutic areas and referral workflows.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with physicians and healthcare staff in the assigned market.
• Educate providers about active trials and patient eligibility criteria.
• Coordinate informational sessions, events, and meetings to promote study awareness.
• Collaborate with site staff to triage referrals and ensure follow-up.
• Monitor referral activity, KPIs, and identify engagement improvements.
• Prepare regular KPI reports and assist in training colleagues.
• Travel up to 75% of the time.
