Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare is seeking an Outreach Specialist to drive growth of its Lung Transplant referrals across Piedmont markets through targeted physician outreach, provider engagement, and strategic relationship development.

You will support the Senior Outreach Consultant and Outreach Manager, manage referral development efforts, track trends, and collaborate with marketing and clinical operations to align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or a closely related field is required.
• 2 years of post-graduate work experience, preferably in healthcare operations, sales, marketing or business development is required.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) is required.

Responsibilities
