Complete Health is seeking a compassionate and driven Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) to join our growing practice in Ormond Beach, Florida. This role is outpatient and physician-led, focused on value-based, patient-centered care and long-term patient relationships.

Outpatient primary care for adults and seniors, Monday–Friday schedule, and collaboration with a support team are key aspects.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (FM or IM)
• Active, unrestricted Florida medical license (or ability to obtain licensure prior to start)
• Commitment to practicing value-based, patient-centered primary care
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based care model

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care to adult and senior patients.
• Engage in preventive care and chronic disease management.
• Collaborate with Medical Assistants, Care Coordinators, and Administrative Staff to coordinate patient care.
• Operate within a physician-led, value-based care model.
• Embrace a predictable outpatient schedule (Mon–Fri).

EDUCATION & REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school

• Comfort working within an interdisciplinary care team
• Experience with Athena or comparable EMR systems
