Complete Health in Westminster, Colorado, seeks a compassionate Primary Care Physician (FM/IM) to join our outpatient team in a physician-led, value-based care model. You will deliver high-quality preventive and chronic care management in a supportive environment with Medical Assistants, Care Coordinators, and Administrative staff.

The ideal candidate holds an MD/DO with a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency, and has a preference for experience in value-based care and Medicare

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency.
• Experience in value-based or capitated care models is preferred.
• Experience with senior-focused or Medicare patient populations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care in a physician-led, value-based setting.
• Deliver preventive care and manage chronic diseases in collaboration with the care team.
• Participate in senior-focused programs and population health initiatives.

EDUCATION & REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school
