RadNet, Inc. is seeking a Primary Care Physician specializing in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine to join their team in Westminster, Colorado. This full-time role emphasizes value-based, patient-centered care in a supportive, physician-led practice.

Formación

Requirements

EDUCATION & REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (FM or IM)
• Active, unrestricted Florida medical license (or ability to obtain licensure prior to start)
• Commitment to practicing value-based, patient-centered primary care
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based care model

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience practicing in a value-based or capitated care model
• Prior work with senior-focused or Medicare patient populations
• Interest in preventive care, population health, and chronic disease management
• Comfort working within an interdisciplinary care team
• Experience with Athena or comparable EMR systems
