Complete Health is seeking a compassionate Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) to join our Westminster, Colorado practice. This role emphasizes value-based, patient-centered care in a physician-led environment with a focus on preventive care and chronic disease management.

The position supports an outpatient schedule, a strong care team, and a track record of autonomy in a physician-led organization.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (FM or IM)
• Active, unrestricted Colorado medical license (or ability to obtain licensure prior to start)
• Commitment to practicing value-based, patient-centered primary care
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based care model

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care to adult patients.
• Emphasize preventive care and chronic disease management.
• Collaborate with Medical Assistants, Care Coordinators, and Administrative staff.
• Participate in a physician-led, value-based care model to improve patient outcomes.
