One seat, two paths: MD/DO up to $324,350 — or experienced 103 NP up to $185,450.

Join a brand-new $58M clinic opening early 2027. Up to $100K relocation/sign-on (physician). NHSC loan repayment. No call. No weekends.

A 50-year-old non‑profit community health center is staffing a new outpatient clinic in Rocklin, CA and will hire either a BC/BE Family Medicine physician or an experienced Nurse Practitioner under CA’s new 103 NP independent‑practice pathway. Start at the established Auburn clinic, then move to Rocklin at opening.

Compensation

• Physician (MD/DO): $261,600–$324,350 + up to $100K relocation/sign-on
• Nurse Practitioner (103): $132,600–$185,450
