Pure Heart Staffing is seeking a board-certified Family Medicine physician (MD/DO) or a California AB 890 §2837.103 nurse practitioner for the new South Placer Health Center in Rocklin, CA. This outpatient role supports a $58M, 62,000 sq ft facility opening in 2027 and offers full- or part-time schedules.

The position starts at the Auburn health center and transfers to Rocklin when the clinic opens (target March 2027). Credentialing takes 45–90 days; J-1/H-1B waivers may be possible.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with CA license and board certification in Family Medicine
• Active CA RN and NP licensure with §2837.103 for NP path
• Current DEA registration and comfortable documenting in EHR

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care in a family medicine setting
• Work in an integrated model with multiple services under one roof
• No hospital call; Monday–Friday outpatient schedule
