Qualifications

• MD/DO BC/BE Family Medicine with unrestricted CA license OR CA NP with 103 status (3+ years transition‑to‑practice complete) and FNP certification, DEA
• Comfort with all‑ages primary care in a community health setting

Responsibilities

• Outpatient, all‑ages primary care at a community health clinic
• No hospital calls, no weekends
• NHSC‑approved loan repayment eligibility and benefits management
