Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope outpatient family medicine: adult and pediatric primary care, chronic disease management, and minor procedures.
• Collaborate in a team-based, integrated care model with behavioral health, nursing, and pharmacy.
• Provide supervision and chart review for FNPs/PAs as needed.
• Participate in protocol development and patient-care initiatives.

Our client is a well‑established, financially stable Tribal Federally Qualified Health Center that has served Native American and underserved communities across Placer and Nevada counties for roughly 50 years. With ~25,000 active patients today and a third clinic opening in South Placer County in early 2027, this is a growing system where early hires help shape workflows, culture, and the patient experience from day one.

What You’ll Do

• Provide full‑scope outpatient family medicine: adult and pediatric primary care, chronic disease management, and minor procedures
• Work within a team‑based, integrated care model alongside behavioral health, nursing, and pharmacy
• Provide clinical supervision and chart review for FNPs/PAs as needed
• Participate in the development of protocols and patient‑care initiatives
