This is a full-time leadership opportunity for a board-certified physician looking to shape strategic, patient-centered cancer services. Responsibilities: The Director of Hematology and Medical Oncology will be responsible for: Creating and executing a strategic vision for regional cancer care services, including clinical care, patient experience, and financial goals Leading and overseeing a patient-focused, multidisciplinary oncology program Expanding oncology services and access to care for the community Driving interdepartmental collaboration across clinical disciplines Diagnosing and managing disorders of the blood, bone marrow, vascular, and immune systems Supporting clinical research and programmatic development initiatives Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a community cancer center M.D. or M.D./Ph.D. from an accredited medical school Board Certification in both Hematology and Medical Oncology Expertise in either hematologic malignancies or solid tumors Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and foster collaboration Strong organizational, communication, and program development skills Experience in process improvement and stakeholder alignment Commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based, patient-centered care
