BC/BE Pediatrician - Full-Time Permanent Position

Join a well-established and growing rural practice in the Hudson Valley. The practice has 3 pediatricians and 5 APPs, and is 100% outpatient only. The typical patient load is 18-20 patients per day.

We offer 80% clinical time and 20% administrative time. Hours are negotiable, with an average call of 1:5-6. The position is available due to the retirement of the current physician.

Salary range is $152,000 - $362,000, based on experience. Additional compensation is provided through a productivity-based incentive program.
