Job Description:

Position: Family Medicine / Primary Care Physician

J Medical is a healthcare facility specializing in providing high-quality medical services in Japanese to Japanese-speaking patients. Located in New York, we are deeply rooted in the Japanese community and are currently seeking a Family Medicine or Primary Care Physician who can support comprehensive health management while building long-term relationships with patients.

About J Medical (My Medical Care PC)

Established in 2018, J Medical is conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from Grand Central Station. We are also open on Saturdays, offering flexibility for busy patients.

All staff—including physicians, receptionists, administrative personnel, and corporate account managers—are fluent in Japanese. Our medical staff consists of Japanese professionals, many of whom have experience as nurses in Japan. Reception services are also fully supported in Japanese.

Annual Health Check-ups (Ningen Dock): Patients from over 20 U.S. states and overseas visit us for annual health check-ups, and over 150 companies utilize our services. We are a top provider in the NYC metropolitan area in this field.

Planned Expansion: We plan to open additional branches, beginning with one in Westchester, NY, followed by further expansion across the U.S.

Position: Family Medicine / Primary Care Physician

Responsibilities:

• General outpatient and primary care services
• Annual health check-ups and preventive care
• Management and treatment of chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension)
• Providing medical advice and support to Japanese-speaking patients
• Referrals to specialists or other medical institutions as necessary

Qualifications & Skills:

• Valid U.S. medical license (We offer support for NY State licensing if needed)
• Bilingual in Japanese and English
• Understanding of Japanese medical culture and ability to address the unique needs of Japanese patients
• Board-certified in Family Medicine or certified in Primary Care (Internal Medicine or Pediatrics)
• Capable of caring for patients across all age groups, including administering vaccinations and other routine procedures
• Salary: $230,000–$300,000 (depending on experience)
• Full-time or part-time (schedule negotiable)
