Essentia Health in Fargo, ND is seeking a Neonatologist to join a Level III NICU with a 14-bed unit and strong OB/pediatric subspecialty support. The role offers a full-time schedule with 7–8 shifts per month across a 4-person team, and a competitive compensation package including relocation options.

The position requires BC/BE in Neonatology and provides an opportunity to work with highly experienced nursing staff in a growing, family-friendly community near the North Dakota/Minnesota border.

PRACTICE SPECIFICS

• Level III, 14 bed newly renovated NICU with private suites
• Strong 6-person OB team with growing birth volume
• Full time Maternal Fetal Medicine support
• Pediatric subspecialty support with cardiology, neurology, and virtual hematology
• Relocation and benefit package
• Full time is 7-8 shifts per month as a 4-person team

• Centrally located on the border of North Dakota & Minnesota
• 3.5 hours northwest of Minneapolis/St. Paul
• Fargo-Moorhead population: 250,000
• Regional Service area consists of 30 clinics & 5 hospitals
• Safe, growing community known for excellent school system
• Young population with average age mid 30's
• Three Universities in the FM area

COMPENSATION

• $381,177 Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
