Job summary

Essentia Health in Fargo, ND, seeks a Pediatrician for outpatient care—from newborns to teens—on a 1.0 FTE schedule. The team currently includes 5 pediatricians and multiple NPs, offering a collaborative environment in a well-established practice.

Clinic hours are Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., with an anticipated 16–23 patient contacts per day and no hospital call obligations. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Join an exceptional pediatric teamand provide care to newborns through teens in an outpatient setting. Current team consists of 5 Pediatricians and3 4 CNP-Peds; collegial providers that work as a team and are highly committed to the care of our region's children. Provide the full range of pediatric medicine in an enjoyable and fulfilling work environment.

PRACTICE SPECIFICS

• 1.0 FTE, full-time status
• Monday-Friday schedule between 8a-5p
• Well-established and well-respected growing practice
• Average 36 contact hours in clinic setting
• Clinic location - South University Campus in Fargo, North Dakota
• Anticipated volume of office patients per day: 16-23
• No hospital call expectations
• Level III NICU

• Centrally located on the border of North Dakota & Minnesota
• 3.5 hours west of Minneapolis/St. Paul
• Fargo-Moorhead population: 225,000

COMPENSATION

• $276,000. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
