Advanced Specialty Care, P.C. in Danbury, CT seeks a versatile Physician Liaison & Marketing Coordinator to grow physician referrals and manage internal marketing materials. This role blends relationship-building, design, and administrative support.

The position splits roughly 25% liaison, 50% marketing/design, and 25% admin tasks; a portfolio of print and digital design work is required with your resume. Travel to satellite offices is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, design, or communications.
• A portfolio of print and digital design work.
• Valid driver''s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance for local travel.
• Travel to all satellite offices.

Responsibilities

• Visit referring physicians and their office staff on a regular schedule to build referral relationships.
• Introduce the organization''s services, providers, and referral process to new and prospective referral sources.
• Track referral volume and trends by source; flag drops or gains to leadership.
• Gather feedback from referring offices and coordinate resolution of service issues.
• Maintain accurate contact records and visit notes in our CRM system.
• Plan and support lunch-and-learns, open houses, and community or professional events.
• Design flyers, brochures, posters, signage, newsletters, and handouts for patients, staff, and referral partners.
• Create digital graphics for email, intranet, social media, and presentations.
• Keep all materials consistent with brand standards (logo, colors, fonts, tone).
• Write and edit copy for internal communications and marketing pieces.
• Coordinate print jobs with vendors: quotes, proofs, and delivery.
• Maintain an organized library of templates, logos, photos, and approved materials.
• Route patient-facing and clinical content for review and approval before release.
• Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and prepare agendas and minutes.
• Order and track marketing and office supplies within budget.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations for leadership.
• Answer phones, handle correspondence, and greet visitors as needed.
• Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
