Job summary

Panoramic Health is seeking a physician liaison to strengthen relationships with physicians and referral networks in Florida. You will work with the Regional Director and Lead Physicians to align marketing efforts with Panoramic Health’s goals.

The role involves meeting with practices, improving cross-team communication, developing referral marketing plans, and tracking visits to demonstrate ROI. Strong communication, data handling, and training capabilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Experience developing and delivering marketing materials and long-term physician partnerships.
• Familiarity with eLearning platforms and authoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Meeting with physicians and referring practices to build relationships and referral marketing plans.

• Collecting and organizing data from patient satisfaction surveys and other sources to understand patient experiences.
• Developing and implementing marketing strategies, including campaigns and materials.
• Educating referring practices on how to streamline the referral process and provide quality care.
• Reporting to Lead Physicians and RDO on progress and growth strategies.
• Representing the medical practice at networking events and other healthcare events.
• Ability to aggregate data and reporting to show ROI on marketing efforts.
• Tracking of visits with a minimum expectation set by leadership to be accomplished daily /weekly/monthly

• Proven track record to increase referrals and gain market share
• Ability to communicate effectively with members of the health care team.
• Familiarity with eLearning platforms and authoring tools
• Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
• Ability to develop and deliver engaging training content.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other common computer programs.
• Ability to adapt teaching style to meet the needs of the audience.
