• Bachelor's in marketing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Markets Shriners Children's directly to referring physicians, other healthcare providers, and physician offices via visits, media, meetings to grow referrals.
• Maintains existing referring relationships through exceptional service and communication.
• Evaluates payer mix and explores opportunities to support referral efforts with strategies.
• Analyzes demographic and clinic activity linked to referring providers to set strategic goals.
• Maintains accurate CRM records of referring physician issues and coordinates corrective action with facilities.

Job Description

The Physician Liaison effectively plans, analyzes, and implements outreach efforts in the market area. Develops and maintains relationships within the physician community to enhance lines of communication and build the referral base for Shriners Children's. Conducts referral assessments to support strategic initiatives and identify opportunities and threats posed by competitive forces in the market area. This position reports to the Market Director of Planning and Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Markets Shriners Children's directly to referring physicians, other healthcare providers, and physician offices via office visits, electronic media, professional meetings, continuing education or any other appropriate methods to effectuate new referral growth
• Maintains existing referring relationships through exceptional customer service, communication and retention related activities.
• Evaluates payer mix and explores opportunities to support referral efforts. Develop and implement strategies based on payor opportunities.
• Analyzes demographic and clinic activity linked to referring providers through market intelligence, to create strategic referral goals and determine outcomes and effect
• Maintains accurate record of referring physician complaints/issues in the CRM and works to ensure corrective action is taken by collaborating with facility partners and report results to market directors, facility leaders and the impacted physician.

Preferred Qualifications

The pay range for this position is $80,926.56 - $121,378.40. Compensation is determined based on years of relevant experience and departmental equity.
