Job summary

Memorial Health seeks a Director of Physician Leadership, Mentorship & Wellness to lead enterprise-wide physician and APP leadership development, mentorship, engagement, and well-being programs. The role collaborates with physician dyads, executives, and department chairs to build a sustainable leadership pipeline and foster professional fulfillment across Memorial Health’s Physician Enterprise.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare administration.
• Experience designing and leading large-scale leadership development or professional growth programs.
• Experience partnering with physician leaders, executives, and multidisciplinary stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive physician leadership development strategy aligned with Physician Enterprise goals.
• Establish leadership competency models for physician leaders and emerging leaders.
• Design curricula, workshops, academies, and executive development programs.
• Coordinate onboarding and transition support for physician leadership roles.
• Create and oversee enterprise mentorship programs for physicians and APPs.
• Lead physician wellness initiatives and resilience programs across the enterprise.
• Foster engagement, culture, and communication to support physician satisfaction and retention.
