CompHealth is seeking a physician to join a Monday–Friday outpatient practice in Homestead, FL. The role offers a competitive base salary with a 10% incentive bonus and a supportive team in a family-friendly South Florida setting.

The position requires managed care and Medicare Advantage experience, an active Florida medical license, and bilingual Spanish. Expect a patient census of 15–16 per day, with phone-only call every third week and a 401(k) with employer match plus four weeks of PTO.
