Job summary

CompHealth is seeking a physician to work in Homestead, FL, with a Mon-Fri 8:00–17:00 schedule and no weekend duties. The role includes a phone-only on-call rotation every third week and managing a daily patient census of 15–16.

The successful candidate will have Florida licensure, Spanish bilingual abilities, and experience with managed care and Medicare Advantage. The position offers a competitive base salary with a 10% incentive bonus and benefits including a 401(k) with up to 5% employer

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Florida medical license.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Managed care and Medicare Advantage experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care Monday to Friday, 8 am–5 pm with no weekend duties.
• Manageable patient census of 15–16 patients per day.
• Phone-only on-call every 3rd week for work–life balance.
• Collaborate within a network offering Medicare Advantage and managed care services.
