Job summary

CompHealth is seeking a Family Physician to work in Plantation, FL, focusing on Medicare Advantage and high-quality primary care. The role features a Monday–Friday schedule, with a phone-only on-call rotation every third week, and a census of 15–16 patients per day.

The ideal candidate is board-certified or eligible and bilingual in Creole, with strong managed care experience. Four weeks PTO and 401k with employer match are offered as part of the package.

Responsibilities

• Monday - Friday schedule, 8 am - 5 pm; no weekend clinical duties
• Phone-only call every 3rd week for excellent work-life balance
