MEDICAL ON DEMAND LLc in Hialeah, FL is seeking a bilingual Spanish Internal/Family Medicine physician for a Monday–Friday outpatient role. The position offers a M-F 8–5 schedule with 12–16 adult patients daily, excellent benefits, and a focus on teamwork with top equipment and staff.

The candidate must hold an active Florida license, be BLS/ACLS certified, and have at least 2 years of experience. Spanish fluency is required; EMR/EHR experience is preferred, with compensation $240,000–$270,000

Qualifications

• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Active Florida medical license is required.
• Must possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and good interpersonal skills.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical practice experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide M-F outpatient primary care for adults.
• Bilingual Spanish required to communicate with patients.
• See 12-16 adult patients per day with trained support staff.
• Maintain top-quality patient care and documentation in EMR/EHR.
• Participate in CME, malpractice coverage, and benefit programs.
