Essentia Health in Fargo, ND is seeking a daytime hospitalist to provide high-quality patient care. You will work within a 140-bed facility supported by a large team of hospitalists and NP providers. The schedule is 7 days on / 7 off with flexible shifts to balance workload and life.

The ideal candidate has BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with hospitalist experience, or completed a hospitalist fellowship. Compensation includes potential bonuses and incentives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year hospitalist experience or completion of a hospitalist fellowship.
• Willingness to work daytime hospitalist shifts.

Responsibilities

• Access 24/7 intensivist support and specialty backup as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• BC/BE Internal Medicine
• BC/BE Family Medicine with a minimum of 1 year Hospitalist experience, or completion of a Hospitalist Fellowship

• Geography: Centrally located on the border of North Dakota & Minnesota.
• Proximity: 3.5 hours west of Minneapolis/St. Paul.

COMPENSATION

• $178.97 Per Hour. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
