Job summary

Essentia Health in Fargo, ND is seeking a Daytime Hospitalist to join a strong team of 20+ hospitalists and NP support. The role offers a 7/7 on/off schedule with flexible options and a patient census of 14–17 per hospitalist in a 140-bed hospital with a closed ICU.

Ideal candidates are BC/BE Internal Medicine or BC/BE Family Medicine with 1 year hospitalist experience or completion of a hospitalist fellowship.

REQUIREMENTS

• BC/BE Internal Medicine
• BC/BE Family Medicine with a minimum of 1 year Hospitalist experience, or completion of a Hospitalist Fellowship

• Geography: Centrally located on the border of North Dakota & Minnesota.
• Proximity: 3.5 hours west of Minneapolis/St. Paul.

COMPENSATION

• $178.97 Per Hour. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
