Job summary

Essentia Health in Fargo, ND is seeking a Day Hospitalist to join a strong team of 20+ hospitalists and NP support. The role features day rotations with 7/7 on/off scheduling, a typical load of 14–17 patients per hospitalist, and access to 24/7 intensivist coverage in a 140-bed facility.

The ideal candidate is BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with hospitalist experience or a hospitalist fellowship.

Qualifications

• BC/BE Internal Medicine required.
• BC/BE Family Medicine with minimum 1 year Hospitalist experience or completion of Hospitalist Fellowship.

Responsibilities

• Provide daytime hospitalist coverage.

REQUIREMENTS

• BC/BE Internal Medicine
• BC/BE Family Medicine with a minimum of 1 year Hospitalist experience, or completion of a Hospitalist Fellowship

• Geography: Centrally located on the border of North Dakota & Minnesota.
• Proximity: 3.5 hours west of Minneapolis/St. Paul.

COMPENSATION

• $178.97 Per Hour. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
